Shipping and Handling

You agree to pay delivery fees and/or shipping and handling charges shown at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to increase or decrease shipping and handling charges, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before charging or crediting you.

Deliveries

Upon delivery and acceptance of your order, you are responsible for inspecting all items in your order for any damaged products or issues with your order. In the event that you believe there is damage or issues with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at sales@meatupvegas.com or (702) 505-3232. To maintain the quality of the items in your order, we strongly recommend that you immediately refrigerate or freeze some or all products upon delivery and follow the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) instructions on refrigeration and food safety. Upon delivery and acceptance of your order, the condition, handling, preparation, use, and consumption of the products are solely at your risk.
In the event that you need to request your delivery be made to a family member, friend, or neighbor, please contact us at sales@meatupvegas.com or (702) 505-3232. Any individual who accepts the order at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. In the case of inclement weather or other events beyond our control, we will deliver your order as soon as it is safe and possible. In the event of a delivery delay, please inspect your order carefully and if there are any concerns, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at sales@meatupvegas.com or (702) 505-3232.
