Returns and Refunds

We are delivering and shipping perishable product(s) and are NOT able to accept returns. Items that are perishable cannot be restocked or resold. If you are not completely satisfied with your Meat Up Vegas products for good reason, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at sales@meatupvegas.com or call (702) 505-3232 within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos and proof of product issues. We will gladly review your order and offer a resolution which may include replacement of the damaged product.
When placing your order please review the delivery address, instructions, and phone number so we can safely deliver your order without any errors. If you need to revise information or your delivery address, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at sales@meatupvegas.com or call (702) 505-3232.
If your order is returned to us by our shipping courier because of an incorrect shipping address, we will need to dispose of the products in your order and you will not be refunded.
