Welcome to MeatUpVegas.com and our Terms of Use and Conditions of Purchase. These are the terms and conditions under which you may use, access, and order from this site. By accessing this site, you agree to these conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, you are not authorized to use the site or order products from the site.
Meat Up Vegas reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time with or without notice to users. We ask you to review the terms frequently to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that apply when you access the site. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you will not be able to use the site or order products from the site.

1. Use of Site and Content

You may access and use the site solely for your personal use in accordance with these conditions. You agree not to use the site in any manner that is prohibited by these conditions or is otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse to conduct business with you and/or terminate your access to the site at any time. Misuse or unauthorized sharing of promotional or discount codes is strictly prohibited. In cases of suspected abuse, orders will be canceled. Your order will be approved only after we receive proof that you were intended to be the recipient of the promotional or discount code.
All logos, slogans, titles, names, marks, or service names that may appear on MeatUpVegas.com are trademarks of Meat Up Vegas and may not be copied or used without written permission from Meat Up Vegas.
We work very hard to accurately represent the attributes of our products on our site. However, the actual colors and visual representations you see will depend on your monitor and other facts beyond our control. We cannot guarantee the pictures of items you see on your monitors.

2. Eligibility

Our products are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, are a legal resident of the United States, and have full authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions and in so doing will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party.

3. Shipping and Handling

You agree to pay delivery fees and/or shipping and handling charges shown at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to increase or decrease shipping and handling charges, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before charging or crediting you.

4. Deliveries

Upon delivery and acceptance of your order, you are responsible for inspecting all items in your order for any damaged products or issues with your order. In the event that you believe there is damage or issues with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at sales@meatupvegas.com or (702) 505-3232. To maintain the quality of the items in your order, we strongly recommend that you immediately refrigerate or freeze some or all products upon delivery and follow the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) instructions on refrigeration and food safety. Upon delivery and acceptance of your order, the condition, handling, preparation, use, and consumption of the products are solely at your risk.
In the event that you need to request your delivery be made to a family member, friend, or neighbor, please contact us at sales@meatupvegas.com or (702) 505-3232. Any individual who accepts the order at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. In the case of inclement weather or other events beyond our control, we will deliver your order as soon as it is safe and possible. In the event of a delivery delay, please inspect your order carefully and if there are any concerns, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at sales@meatupvegas.com or (702) 505-3232.

5. Returns and Refunds

We are delivering and shipping perishable product(s) and are NOT able to accept returns. Items that are perishable cannot be restocked or resold. If you are not completely satisfied with your Meat Up Vegas products for good reason, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at sales@meatupvegas.com or call (702) 505-3232 within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos and proof of product issues. We will gladly review your order and offer a resolution which may include replacement of the damaged product.
When placing your order please review the delivery address, instructions, and phone number so we can safely deliver your order without any errors. If you need to revise information or your delivery address, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at sales@meatupvegas.com or call (702) 505-3232.
If your order is returned to us by our shipping courier because of an incorrect shipping address, we will need to dispose of the products in your order and you will not be refunded.

6. Resale Is Not Permitted

You are NOT permitted to resell our products for commercial purposes.

7. Modifications to Site and Conditions

Meat Up Vegas may add additional conditions or remove conditions that govern your use of the site. We may revise these conditions at any time. We will revise the "Updated" date at the top of these conditions. You are solely responsible for regularly reviewing the current conditions. Your continued use of the site after we post any revised conditions constitutes your agreement to any revised terms. If you object to any of these conditions, you may not use this site.
We may modify, discontinue, or restrict the use of any portion of the site including the availability of any products, data, or other information contained on the site at any time for any reason and without notice or liability. We reserve the right, with or without notice to you, to change the site including hours of operation, product items, suppliers, quantity of options, type of products in our packages, and other services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meat Up Vegas and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, information providers, suppliers and licensees (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of your access, use of the site, any breach of any of these conditions by you or any user of your account,and any allegation which, if true, would constitute a breach of any of these conditions by you or any user of your account.

9. Governing Law

MeatUpVegas.com is hosted on servers located in the United States and is intended to be viewed by residents of the United States. In the event you desire to initiate any suit against Meat Up Vegas arising out of or relating to the site (including, without limitation, the content of the site) and/or these conditions, you agree to bring such suit in the federal courts sitting in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA unless no federal subject matter jurisdiction exists, in which case you agree to bring such suit in the state courts sitting in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. You further agree that we may initiate a suit against you arising out of or relating to the site (including, without limitation, the content of the site) and/or these conditions in such courts and you hereby waive all rights you may have or which may hereafter arise to contest jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

10. No Warranties

Any content downloaded or obtained through the use of the site is done at your sole risk. Meat Up Vegas and related suppliers disclaim all warranties and representations including all implied warranties of merchantability, reasonable care, compatibility, quality, availability, completeness, reliability, and accuracy in each instance in respect of the site. We disclaim all warranties of title and/or non-infringement in respect of the site and its content. We are not responsible for typographical or other errors or inaccuracies. Pricing, availability, product descriptions, promotions, promotional and discount codes are subject to change without notice. Promotions or discounts are not valid on gift card purchases. We make no representation that content available through the site is available for use outside the United States.

Meat Up Vegas is NOT liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from access or use of MeatUpVegas.com.
